Gateway Natural Health — Cancellations & Special Purchase Terms

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy (TBYB). This policy explains how to change or cancel these purchases. For product returns, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Subscriptions (Appstle) — 30, 60, or 90 Days, 10% Off

  • What you get: Choose deliveries every 30, 60, or 90 days and receive 10% off each recurring order of eligible subscription items.

  • How billing works: Your payment method is stored securely and charged automatically on each renewal date. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.

  • Manage anytime: Use the Manage Subscription link in your order confirmation emails or log in to your account to pause, skip a delivery, change the date/frequency, swap products, or cancel.

  • Cutoff window: Please make changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before your next renewal charge. Once an order has processed, we can’t modify it, but you may return eligible items per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Price & availability changes: If pricing or product availability changes, we’ll reflect that on future renewals. If we materially change pricing, we’ll provide notice and you may cancel before the next charge.

  • Discount details: The 10% subscription discount applies to active subscription deliveries only, is not stackable with other promotions unless stated, and excludes gift cards and non-eligible items.

  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or email you to update your payment method. If the payment can’t be completed, the upcoming delivery may be paused or canceled.

Pre-Orders

  • What it is: You’re purchasing an item that is out of stock or coming soon. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then charge the remaining or full amount when we fulfill.

  • Canceling: You may cancel an unfulfilled, partially paid pre-order for a refund of any amounts paid. Once an item is fulfilled/shipped, the order can’t be canceled, but you may request a return or refund according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
